Fuel prices and forecourt details are obtained from the UK Government Fuel Finder API. We check for updated prices approximately every ten minutes, although this can be affected by demand on the API.

If you see an error in this information - for example, the prices being charged at the service area are different to this data - then you can report it to the Fuel Finder website:

The Heart of Scotland services on the M8 is notable for having the longest name of any service station in the United Kingdom, a title adopted in 2006 to move away from its former identity as Harthill. Despite occupying a large area of land, the site is notably sparse in terms of infrastructure, featuring only two basic forecourt shops and a significant amount of overgrown, unused space. Over the years, the facility has undergone various improvements, including the installation of a modern glass pedestrian footbridge in 2008 to facilitate a park-and-ride service for local villagers, the addition of BP Pulse electric vehicle charging points in 2021, and a wider refurbishment of the stores and washrooms in the same year.

Motorway Services is a Good Stuff website.
